Terms of Service
By clicking submit and paying the
required fee, I agree to purchase a license to use an assigned UPC
(Uniform Product Code) Number assigned by Norkris Productions, LLC
dba; Matchbox Records for a period of 5 years from the date of the
receipt of purchase. At which time the buyer may renew said number
at the discretion of the seller.
I agree to use said number for sales
of music CD's only and to abide by the rules of the uniform code
council as it pertains to the use of said number and to hold
harmless the seller for any and all actions for my failure to use
and/or follow the councils rules and regulations pertain to the use
of UPC numbers. I agree to immediately stop using the number if
asked by the seller in the event the seller finds me to be in
violation of current or future rules of the council. I further agree
to pay any court costs and attorneys fees that may arise out my
misuse of said number.
